Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase and that is extremely important to us. If you're unhappy with your item, we have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. As we're a small business, the cost of all returns must be met by the buyer. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This usually takes 2-3 working days to credit back to your account.
