COVID - 19 UPDATE

Due to the ongoing pandemic, several suppliers and couriers are understandably expecting delays. This naturally has in impact to our dispatch and delivery times. Please bear with us at this time as this may mean that some orders will be dispatched / delivered later than usual. We will however do our very best to get tour orders to you as soon as possible. 

Orders will be dispatched to the UK only at this time unless being sent direct from our supplier. Items sent direct from our supplier, will only be dispatched to mainland UK. Items being sent direct from our supplier, will be stated in the item description. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. This may extend slightly during busy periods. 

All orders will have a flat rate delivery charge of £4.95 with the exception of Northern Ireland. Delivery to Northern Ireland will be at a flat rate of £6.95. Items sent direct from us will be sent fully tracked via Hermes and can be tracked through the Parcel2Go website. Once dispatched, please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Items sent direct from our supplier will be sent using a selection of couriers. At this current time, orders will take an estimated 2-3 days to dispatch although they will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. 

Unfortunately, our suppliers are not yet in a position to provide automated tracking numbers for your order. They are however working on a solution to have this in place in the future.  

Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the timescales provided, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us if after 10 working days, you have still not received your goods. This can be done by contacting us by e-mail at blomsanddreams@outlook.com. We will endeavour to get your goods to you within a reasonable amount of time. If this is not possible, we may cancel your order and issue you with a full refund.
